This position provides clerical support to the Planning and Development Department and oversees records maintenance of the Department’s Information and Records Management System. The role involves assisting with the implementation and maintenance of records management systems, evaluating improvements, and managing confidential information requests. It also includes training staff on electronic records software and processing various departmental correspondence and reports.
