Clerk II (Accounts Payable)

The Clerk II (Accounts Payable) is responsible for coding, matching, and processing invoices for payment, ensuring proper authorizations, and resolving non-routine payment issues. The role involves liaising with suppliers and client departments to ensure efficient processing, as well as handling monthly payments for private home child care providers and purchase of service child care centres. This position also maintains the Accounts Payable Utility System and supports financial documentation and reporting.
