Client Access Representative

The Client Access Representative serves as the front‑desk ambassador for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, managing lobby operations, greeting and directing clients, vendors, and visitors, and handling client registration, insurance verification, and health information management. The role works within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure respectful, trauma‑informed interactions and support integrated health and social services.
