Client Assessor/ Substitute Site Manager

The Client Assessor/Substitute Site Manager serves as the primary point of contact for older adults seeking support through the Meals on Wheels program, conducting initial and follow-up assessments to determine eligibility and ensure seniors receive necessary nutrition and care. This hybrid role involves visiting clients' homes to perform assessments, interpreting daily referrals, and submitting reports promptly. Additionally, the position requires stepping in to manage congregate meal distribution sites when regular managers are unavailable.
