Client Care Coordinator

Project Hospitality is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join O’Callaghan House, a 23-bed congregate transitional residence for mentally ill homeless individuals with histories of chemical dependency. This part-time role focuses on strengthening clients' ability to maintain mental health and work toward independent housing while ensuring the stability and safety of the 24-hour residence. The position involves providing direct care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting clients in a mission-driven environment.
