Ethos Veterinary Health
The Client Care Liaison, Oncology role serves as the primary connection between medical teams and pet owners, guiding clients through complex medical information with empathy and professionalism. This position focuses on enhancing the client experience and providing compassionate support during emotionally challenging situations without the physical demands of patient handling or floor nursing. The role requires strong communication skills and veterinary knowledge to ensure clients feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout their visit.
Ethos Veterinary Health is a national network of specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals that delivers advanced care for dogs and cats. Its hospitals provide 24/7 emergency services and specialty medicine—staffed by experienced clinicians and board‑certified specialists across disciplines such as surgery, critical care, oncology, cardiology, and neurology. Ethos partners with primary‑care veterinarians to coordinate referrals and continuity of care, emphasizing a collaborative, patient‑centered approach and innovation under the motto “Reimagining Veterinary Medicine.” The network also makes it easy for pet owners to find local hospitals and for veterinary professionals to access career and practice resources.
