Client Care Representative

A Mister Sparky client care representative answers incoming client telephone calls and assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure clients form a positive first impression of the company while managing scheduling and follow-ups. This position reports to the Call Center Manager and focuses on maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
