Client Care Specialist

The Client Care Specialist is a mission-driven, direct care role responsible for leading and supporting female clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program through encouragement, guidance, and oversight of daily activities. This position serves as the consistent daily presence on the floor, utilizing observational instincts and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe, calm, and orderly environment conducive to recovery. The role involves providing relational support, managing client needs, and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with the broader care team.
