Client Care Worker, Special Care Unit

The Client Care Worker provides support and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing homelessness and acute alcohol dependency within a residential harm reduction program. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role involves client assessment, case planning, medication and alcohol administration, crisis response, and participation in program activities and documentation.
