Client Concierge Coordinator

The Client Concierge Coordinator supports a seamless onboarding experience for new industrial clients across NorthPoint Development's portfolio. This role coordinates onboarding documentation, client communications, municipal requirements, utility and property information, and client records. Working closely with Development, Property Management, and other internal partners, the coordinator helps ensure each client receives accurate information, timely support, and a consistent concierge-level experience from lease execution through occupancy.
