Client Coordinator

The Client Coordinator serves as the client's internal advocate at VikingCloud, ensuring all internal functions are aligned to meet client needs and providing a unified point of contact. This role involves managing the entire client relationship across multiple product lines and business units, tracking open items, and driving communication cadence to maintain account health. The position requires coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve issues, surface client concerns, and improve internal processes while maintaining accurate account documentation.
