Client Development Manager

The Manager, Client Development is a retail leadership role within the Merchandising organization responsible for developing and managing the selling team of Style Advisors to support store performance and customer engagement. The role reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager of Merchandising and focuses on building a high-performing team and enhancing the client experience. It is a visible, store-based position that partners with store operations and corporate resources to support growth and career development opportunities for associates.
