Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist works within the Client Engagement Team at the Hobson Clinic and Pioneer Square DESC clinics, serving as the primary point of contact for monitoring safety, security, and client engagement. This role involves providing trauma-informed support, utilizing de-escalation skills, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for clients with complex behavioral health and medical needs. The specialist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to address client crises, promote harm reduction principles, and ensure the overall well-being of the clinic milieu.
