Client Implementation Manager

The Client Implementation Manager is the primary client-facing lead responsible for coordinating and owning the onboarding and implementation process from post-sales handoff through go-live and transition to delivery teams. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to align on product needs, timelines, and implementation strategy to ensure successful deployments. The position requires deep understanding of complex, data-driven implementations—ideally within healthcare settings—to instill client confidence and ensure high satisfaction.
