About this role
The Client Information Coordinator is a member of the funding/reimbursement team responsible for intake and verification of patient and insurance information to initiate the funding process for assistive communication devices. The role supports case progression by gathering documentation, entering data, and coordinating communications with stakeholders. This position is remote and requires residency in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones with occasional travel to the Pittsburgh office.
