About this role
The Client Manager provides advanced technical support to the Client Executive Service while continuing Client Administrator responsibilities for existing clients. The role may also act as Client Executive for assigned accounts, preparing and delivering renewal and new business presentations. The position works closely with team members to support client relationships and service delivery.
