Client Manager

The Client Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the placement of new and renewal accounts across P&C and Life & Health lines while maintaining strong carrier relationships. This role ensures successful account retention through proactive service and accurate record-keeping within the AMS360 agency management system. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to efficiently handle policy changes, endorsements, and routine service items.
