About this role
An Operations Specialist in the Client Operations Group is responsible for executing day-to-day client tasks and supporting Managed Services engagements to meet client and project objectives. The role works closely with Managed Services leadership and clients to support KPI/KRI reporting, ensure dashboard accuracy and timely issuance, and surface risks and opportunities. The position requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage change.
