The Client Relations Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for patients during in-person visits, ensuring a welcoming arrival experience and maintaining visibility throughout the patient journey. The role supports effective clinic flow by monitoring waiting periods, communicating delays, and resolving frontline service friction while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. Additionally, the position assists patients with non-clinical needs and champions service behaviors to prevent and resolve client dissatisfaction.
