Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist supports new location enrollment applications, deactivations, and communicates with internal teams and external vendors to gather information and present solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The specialist processes provider enrollment applications, Medicaid applications, and updates CAQH and directory attestations as needed.
