Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner for important clients in the alternative investment fund space, driving client success and retention by understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for deeper partnerships. The role involves building strong internal networks, negotiating service level agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated, excellent service. You will track client metrics, manage profitability targets, and work with Regional Heads and Sales teams to achieve financial objectives.
