Client Relationship Representative

The Client Relationship Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned freight customers, handling pickup, customs clearance, delivery, billing, tracking, and related operational issues. The role involves building and maintaining external and internal relationships, generating service reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. The position works a hybrid schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm EST.
