Client Resolution Specialist

The Client Resolution Specialist manages Milan's most complex client concerns, including refund requests, lender disputes, and negative online reviews, while working directly with clients to de-escalate situations and identify solutions. This role focuses on balancing compassion with accountability to preserve client relationships, support business objectives, and recover sales whenever possible. The specialist partners with clinic leaders and internal teams to investigate concerns, coordinate resolutions, and create positive outcomes for both clients and the organization.
