Client Service Administrator

This role supports the delivery of high-quality client service by assisting Officers and Administrators with onboarding, account administration, and client account files. The position involves managing cash disbursements, processing client contributions, and coordinating the delivery of tax documents to ensure accurate and timely service. It requires maintaining client files, generating reports, and providing backup support for client inquiries and front-desk operations.
