Client Service Assistant

The Client Service Assistant supports the administration of Group Retirement Plans, including RRSP, RPP, DPSP, and Investment Only plans, by providing administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team. This hybrid role based in Toronto requires working 4-5 days per week in the office to ensure a positive experience for plan sponsors and members. The position involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily caseload administration under the guidance of the Associate Manager.
