nycacc.orgAnimal Care Centers of NYC (ACC) is New York City's open-admission animal welfare organization and the largest animal shelter network in the city. ACC operates care centers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Queens, with a Bronx facility in development. Each year ACC cares for more than 20,000 animals through adoption, fostering, return-to-owner, and transfers to rescue partners. In partnership with the NYC Department of Health, ACC provides sheltering, veterinary care, and community support services to help pets stay with their families and find loving homes.
