Client Service Specialist

This role involves supporting and empowering clients of all backgrounds, including children and adults with complex needs, within a client-centred environment. The position requires managing reception duties, handling administrative tasks such as booking appointments and processing claims, and providing minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will work alongside clinicians to identify client needs and demonstrate the use of hearing aids.
