Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, including processing inbound and outbound mail, shipping and receiving products, and managing office supplies. This role ensures the smooth operation of the business service center by maintaining copy/print machines, serving as a backup to reception, and performing light maintenance and cleaning duties. The position focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all clients and employees while maintaining a professional company image.
