Client Services Lead

Catalyx is seeking a Client Services Lead to join their Cork team on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover for approximately 16 months. This relationship-focused role involves managing client portfolios in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, lead onsite teams, and collaborate with internal departments to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
