Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for the public, providing compassionate customer service and supporting animal welfare operations at the Carson Campus. The role involves triaging incoming animals, processing surrender and adoption appointments, and assisting with animal licensing and reclaim services. This position also supports Humane Enforcement Officer operations and manages daily administrative and financial tasks to ensure efficient shelter operations.
