Client Services – Trade Processing

The role provides day‑to‑day operational support for OSTTRA’s trade capture, processing, give‑up messaging, and credit management platforms, acting as the primary point of contact for high‑profile financial clients. It involves building client relationships, handling escalations, coordinating with product and technology teams, and delivering training and onboarding.
