Client Servicing Payments, Global Banking

This role serves as the senior subject matter expert for Payments Client Services within Global Banking, providing strategic leadership and advanced expertise in payment investigations, correspondent banking, and institutional client servicing. As the highest escalation point for complex payment matters, the position partners with leadership to drive service improvements, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation while maintaining expertise in SWIFT standards and ISO 20022 migration. The role involves leading resolution of high-risk payment investigations, establishing servicing standards, and providing technical guidance to client payment liaison consultants.
