Client-Side Construction Project Manager

The Client-Side Construction Project Manager plans, procures, and governs the end-to-end delivery of facility projects, including major building refurbishments, large-scale redevelopments, and new builds across Warton and Samlesbury sites. This role involves coordinating requirements, design, procurement, construction, and handover while aligning scope, budget, programme, quality, and safety. The position requires acting as the client to direct multidisciplinary consultants and contractors, ensuring successful project completion that meets end-user needs.
