Client Success Consultant

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused, and service-driven Client Success Consultant to serve as the first point of client relationship contact within our growing Client Success Department. This entry-level professional role involves managing a book of primarily residential clients, building strong phone-based relationships, and ensuring clients feel educated and confident in O'Connor's representation. The position requires mastering the fundamentals of the property tax protest and appeals process while delivering the O'Connor Signature Client Experience through proactive outreach and responsive service.
