The Client Success Manager acts as the primary relationship owner for clients using Sage Intacct and related construction financial solutions, driving satisfaction, software adoption, and revenue growth. This strategic, P&L-contributing role involves managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high retention rates through deep client understanding. Candidates must combine a consultative mindset with expertise in Sage Intacct and accounting concepts to help clients realize their technology investment.

Responsibilities

Own the full renewal cycle and forecast retention targets accurately
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for revenue growth
Conduct regular Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on goals
Proactively educate clients on new features and drive software adoption
Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations to reduce risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance3+ years of experience in Client Success or Account ManagementWorking knowledge of ERP/accounting softwareStrong understanding of accounting concepts (AP/AR, GL, Project Costing)
