ISS STOXX is seeking a Client Success Team Lead based in the Makati Office to lead the Manila client success team and support clients across EMEA and North America. In a player-coach capacity, you will oversee daily operations, drive high service standards, and serve as the first escalation point for complex client issues. The role offers opportunities to develop people, streamline processes, and strengthen global collaboration within the market intelligence business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, CS, or related field
- 5+ years leadership experience in Financial Services Operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet SLAs
- Knowledge of financial markets and North America client support
- Night shift availability (9 PM–6 AM Manila Time)
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week)
