Client Support (Client Concierge)

The Client Support (internally referred to as Client Concierge) serves as the first point of contact for clients once an event is onsite at the BMO Centre, ensuring smooth event operations and supplier services. This role involves leading fulfillment teams, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and maintaining venue standards to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
