Client Support Services Team Member

This role serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, supporting reinsurance account teams by managing ongoing client needs, projects, and deliverables from start to finish. The individual will partner closely with senior colleagues and client teams to strengthen account relationships, identify opportunities, and help deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives. This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia or New York City requiring at least three days a week in the office.
