Climate and Culture Specialist

The Climate and Culture Specialist serves as a vital bridge between administrative discipline and student social-emotional growth, focusing on transitioning the school from exclusionary punitive practices to a restorative model. This role supports the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to improve school climate and culture. The position involves coaching teams, supporting data-driven practices, and building capacity for trauma-informed, restorative, and inclusive practices across all levels of support.
