Climate Strategy & Analysis Lead

This role involves establishing and driving the LEGO Group's low carbon innovation pipeline to identify and prioritize impactful decarbonisation opportunities. The position requires partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap towards near-term Science Based Targets and a 2050 net zero goal. The successful candidate will oversee high-impact initiatives, prepare materials for executive audiences, and build trusted relationships across various departments to align stakeholders behind a shared decarbonisation agenda.
