Climbing Head of Program

Colorado Academy seeks a Climbing Head of Program to provide strategic, instructional, and operational leadership for its climbing program across the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools. The role involves establishing a safe and inclusive progression for student climbers, recruiting and training coaches, and overseeing facility safety and program development. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and ensures alignment with the school's mission and academic standards.
