Climbing Lead

The Climbing Lead drives the execution of the retail climbing department and activates the in-store rock wall experience, outfitting customers and leading engagement programs. This role involves instructing climbing techniques, supervising climb sessions, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety standards. The position also includes assisting with store operations, team training, and maintaining merchandise presentation.
