The Clinic Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operational performance and system reliability of the KIC Tribal Health Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, staffing, and scheduling to support high-quality clinical care. This role partners with clinical leadership to translate priorities into reliable operational systems, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in access and productivity. The position serves as the primary owner of operational accountability for front-of-house functions and accreditation readiness.
