Clinical Advocate

This role is responsible for performing clinical assessments for PCA and MDC services to ensure appropriate levels of care and services are authorized. The position involves coordinating care across the continuum, advocating for members, and collaborating with healthcare providers to support high-quality, cost-effective care delivery. The Clinical Advocate also contributes to quality improvement initiatives and serves as a resource for peers within the organization.
