Clinical Aide

The Clinical Aide guides patients through their clinic visit by ensuring they are screened prior to entry and directing them to the appropriate department to optimize patient flow. This role involves greeting patients, preparing lab-test kits and registration packets, and acting as a liaison between Medical Assistants and Receptionists.
