About this role
The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist at Mass General Brigham Medical Group provides clinical pharmacy support across community-based ambulatory care sites to improve patient experience, health outcomes, and quality. The role is system-aligned within MGBMG, focused on supporting chronic disease management and population health through coordinated care across digital and physical locations. The pharmacist reports to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and supports the expansion of ambulatory clinical pharmacy services.

Qualifications
