Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist

The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist at Riverside Methodist Hospital will focus on pulmonary hypertension and advanced heart failure within the Heart Disease Management team. The role involves providing evidence‑based medication therapy management, patient education, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective care. The pharmacist will also precept pharmacy students and residents and may have limited inpatient transition of care responsibilities.
