Clinical Care Rep RN OBGYN

The Clinical Care Representative (CCR) is a telephone triage nurse providing services and information to patients over the phone in a fast-paced call center environment. The role utilizes written protocols and clinical judgment to determine care urgency, schedule appointments, and direct callers to appropriate healthcare providers. The goal is to decrease unnecessary visits to physicians, nurse practitioners, and the emergency room while providing self-care information. This position requires exceptional customer service abilities, strong clinical judgment, and excellent computer and typing skills.
