Clinical Case Manager

The Clinical Case Manager provides clinical support aligned with The Village Network's mission, vision, and values to help youth and families transition to stable environments. This role involves facilitating case management, developing service plans, and collaborating with therapists and supervisors to ensure effective treatment. The position also includes participating in court hearings, IEP meetings, and team meetings to support client care.
