Clinical Co-Responder

About this role

Responsibilities

• Provides co-responding efforts to identified mental health and crisis response incidents in the community
• Responding to calls in conjunction with Perth Amboy Police Department for cases in which a mental health concern is indicated
• Ongoing collaboration with Perth Amboy Police Department around appropriate training and education
• Developing systems for on-going follow up for community members in need of connections to social services
• Direct follow up with identified clients and collateral contacts as needed
